PRE-SESSION WORK
You will receive a questionnaire to complete before our session so we’re both fully prepared before we officially start and to maximize our time together.
SESSION RECORDING
The session will be recorded and sent to you so you can watch it back on demand (and that means you don’t have to take notes unless you really want to!)
